Delivery Issues

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package:

  1. Check with neighbors and household members
  2. Look in safe places around your delivery location
  3. Wait 24 hours - sometimes carriers mark items delivered before actual drop-off
  4. Contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number

Damaged Packages

We take great care in packaging, but shipping damage can occur:

  • If the outer package is damaged, inspect contents before accepting delivery
  • If contents are damaged, refuse delivery and contact us immediately
  • If you've already accepted delivery, take photos and email us within 48 hours
  • We'll arrange for replacement or refund promptly

If your order hasn't shipped yet, contact us immediately and we'll update it. Once shipped, you'll need to contact the carrier directly.

Do you ship to PO Boxes?

Yes! We ship to PO Boxes via USPS. Note that expedited and overnight shipping options are not available for PO Box deliveries.

What if I need my order by a specific date?

Please place your order well in advance and choose expedited shipping. Contact us if you have specific delivery requirements and we'll do our best to accommodate.

How do I know if my order has shipped?
