Return Policy Overview

We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition
  • Items must include all original tags and packaging
  • Items must not show signs of wear, washing, or alterations
  • Return request must be initiated within 30 days of delivery

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Personal care items (bath products, skincare, cosmetics)
  • Food items and edible products
  • Intimate apparel and undergarments
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Made-to-order products
  • Gift cards
  • Clearance or final sale items
Please Note: Sale items (marked 50% off or more) are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective.

How to Initiate a Return

Contact Us

Email us at returns@craftverde.com with your order number and reason for return. Include photos if the item is damaged or defective.

Receive Authorization

We'll review your request and send you a Return Authorization (RA) number within 1-2 business days, along with return shipping instructions.

Pack Your Return

Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging if possible. Include your RA number clearly visible on the package and inside with your return form.

Ship It Back

Ship the package to the address provided in your return authorization. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Receive Your Refund

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days.

Exchanges

We're happy to exchange items for a different size, color, or similar product of equal value.

Exchange Process:
  1. Contact us at returns@craftverde.com with your order number
  2. Specify what you'd like to exchange and what you'd like instead
  3. We'll check availability and guide you through the exchange process
  4. Return the original item following our return process
  5. Once received, we'll ship your replacement item at no additional cost
Quick Exchange Option: If the replacement item is in stock, we can ship it immediately and you can return the original item after receiving the replacement.

Return Shipping Fee: If you're responsible for return shipping, a flat fee of $6.95 will be deducted from your refund for standard returns.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I return an item without the original packaging?

We prefer items to be returned in original packaging, but if it's not available, please pack the item securely to prevent damage during transit. Items must still have all original tags attached.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, but only before it ships. Contact us immediately at returns@craftverde.com with your order number.

How long does the entire return process take?

From the time you ship your return to receiving your refund typically takes 10-14 business days.
